    hawa-mahal After the lunch break, you will continue your excursion, we will head on towards Jaipur city and enroute we will stop by at Jal Mahal (Water Palace) and Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) for a photography. Jal Mahal is built in the middle of Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city. The palace and the lake around it were restructured & enlarged in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II. It was built as a summer residence for the royal family.

    Hawa Mahal was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh for the ladies of Rajput’s harem. It has more or less 953 small & big windows from where they could watch the royal procession on streets without been seen by men.
